After the Savior Went on Strike, a Fox Carried Him Away

Fu Ruosheng doesn't want to be anyone's savior. She just wants to live.

She always says there's still a long way to go.

But the road ahead is eternal night.

It is humanity being wiped out again and again.

It is a dawn she will never live to see.

Gu Jingfei doesn't like Fu Ruosheng.

The first complete sentence she ever said to her was to criticize her disabled legs.

She said, “Just stay out of my way.”

But she also likes Fu Ruosheng.

She likes her azure hair, likes her sky-blue eyes.

She likes the calm and hope in her gaze.

A little scene:

After the apocalypse begins, Fu Ruosheng repeatedly ignores the mysterious quest pop-ups that appear before her.

On her first expedition, a giant fox suddenly appears, smashes her wheelchair, and carries her off in its jaws.

At the brink of life and death, the pop-up appears, crowing in triumph.

The day after she makes it home, a neighbor moves into the apartment across the hall, empty for years.

At their first meeting, the new neighbor gives her a viciously cold look.

Already wary, Fu Ruosheng immediately puts her in the “impossible to work with” category.

Who knew she'd have no choice but to work with her later?

Danger lurks everywhere, and her serious injuries have yet to heal.

Her moody neighbor loses control and transforms into a giant fox all too familiar to her.
