[Lu Shang coming soon for preorder]

The breakfast shop hired a young, strapping apprentice. The lame owner gives him food and lodging, and even shares his bed. Life just keeps getting better.

He thought he had finally found a home, but then the apprentice quit.

A heartwarming story with no melodramatic twists, no groveling after a breakup, and a lover won back.

The side couple's story, "Love at First Sight," is in the extras.

Reader note: The bottom is intersex and can bear children.

Coming soon: "Go On, Make Me Yours". The real young master is a forceful chicken!

Ning Yi has never had anything to do with being "respectable."

He smokes, drinks, and hangs around nightlife spots. Vulgar, lecherous, and shameless, he has nothing but a pretty face that draws people in, and lives as a street punk despised by the whole neighborhood.

Then he went back to his hometown, and the heavens struck him with a bolt of lightning.

It turned out he had been switched at birth. His real parents were the richest family in Nancheng, and he should have been a young master dressed in gold and silver.

With the Spring Festival just around the corner, Ning Yi swiftly packed his bags and headed south. His goal was simple: money!

As luck would have it, halfway there he ran into a fair-skinned, handsome foreigner, so soft and tender he looked like he would bruise at a touch, with a cool look in his eyes. He was impossible not to adore. And what Ning Yi never expected was that this mixed-race foreigner, Cheng Yuli, was the beloved of the fake young master who had taken over his life for 21 years.

As the old saying goes, die beneath the peonies and be a romantic even as a ghost.

Ning Yi rubbed his chin and thought it over. "I've suffered for 21 years. So what if I steal his man? Besides, I've never hooked up with a foreigner before. How exciting would that be?"

He never expected this to be a bone too hard to chew.

The more stubborn Cheng Yuli was, the more Ning Yi longed for him. And as that longing grew, Ning Yi ended up completely falling for him, with a little one growing in his belly...
