The Sickly Beauty's Dating Show Identity Is Exposed After Online Dating

After recovering from a serious illness, Dong Cheyang joined a dating show.

Warm, cheerful, and breathtakingly beautiful, he drew awestruck looks from everyone as soon as he appeared.

[Poor sickly beauty, my darling!]

[No one in the world can resist my darling's charm!]

[Except Lu Xia!]

Lu Xia, a fellow guest and a double Golden Rooster Award-winning actor, was his polar opposite.

He had the kind of top-tier looks the whole industry could only dream of, but his personality was ice-cold.

[I'm dying! His manager held a knife to his throat and forced him onto this dating show?]

[Hot take! He's attracted to intelligence, married to his career, and has no interest in sex. There's no way he'll ever have a normal relationship!]

But who could have guessed what would happen on the day filming began?

Lu Xia spotted Dong Cheyang clutching his chest in distress.

He stared at him with a cold expression for a long moment, then suddenly bent down and carried him straight upstairs.

Lu Xia completely changed his usual ways and stuck by Dong Cheyang every moment of the day.

He cared for him meticulously and even grew fiercely possessive.

Yet Dong Cheyang still said, bewildered, during an interview:

"Is he scary? Not at all. There's no one gentler than him..."

The fans were stunned, then went wild shipping them!

[Ahhhhhhh!]

[I don't care anymore, these two are so gorgeous together, I'm shipping them hard!]

[The sickly beauty and the tough-talking man who shows his love through actions are just perfect together!]

But then rumors broke that Lu Xia had an online sweetheart he had never forgotten!

Until, during a nostalgic game session, he and Dong Cheyang both logged into accounts they hadn't used in years.

The names that lit up on the screen were a matching couple's pair!

Ignoring the cameras, Lu Xia suddenly leaned over and took his hand.

His usually cold voice was almost trembling as he whispered against his ear,

"You really don't remember me, Yangyang?"

"I've been waiting for you for years."

Over the past seven years, Lu Xia had logged in only three times.

The first time, he started an online relationship with Dong Cheyang. The second time, they made plans to see the aurora together. The third time, on a silent night, he listened as Dong Cheyang softly described their beautiful future through the microphone. Every word sounded like Dong Cheyang was reassuring him, "Don't die."

That was the only salvation that kept him alive in the darkest depths of despair.
