Xiao Jiu falls into a spatial rift on the verge of collapse.
The good news: Xiao Jiu has bound a System.
The bad news: The System has no combat ability. It's designed for gardening.
The even worse news: This place is full of danger, and there's not even a grain of soil.
It's practically saying, "You two can stop struggling and just wait to die."
Defiant System: [I refuse to accept this!]
Xiao Jiu joins in with a zombie-like roar: "Awooo!"
Exchange for farmland, upgrade farmland buffs, and unlock more advanced flower seeds.
But as the flowers keep growing...
[ Ding! Congratulations on obtaining a rare pet. Points +5,000.]
[ Ding! Achievement unlocked: "Obtain five different pets." Rewards are being distributed.]
System: ?
System: What's with this pet function in the support module? I'm supposed to be a gardening System!
Until one day, a group of human cultivators join forces to shatter the void and follow a group of weak demon beasts seeking protection into the spatial rift.
"Haha! Heavenly-grade spirit plants, spirit springs, and spirit beasts! This legendary secret realm is ours!"
Just as they prepare to start looting everything for free, thunderclouds roll across the sky, and roars of dragons and lions come from afar.
Thud, thud, thud!
One giant beast after another lands in front of them. The pressure they emit terrifies the cultivators, who had considered themselves experts, into wetting their pants.
Meanwhile, Xiao Jiu, protected by layers of barriers, is using the flowers they've just grown to make custom food for each of their pets.
Xiao Jiu: "Dinner time!"
The giant beasts, having dealt with the intruders, transform into soft, fluffy little furballs, their voices all cute and sweet.
"Xiao Jiu, hug me!"
"I'm tired from running around. I want Xiao Jiu to pat my head."
The System, which witnessed everything: …
The pet module is pretty good, actually.
Content notes:
1. The protagonist is adored by everyone.
2. The System isn't a high-powered elite type. It's a warm, companionable sort.
3. This isn't realistic or educational. It has more of an RPG feel.
4. There are lots of fluffy creatures. Their appearances are inspired by the Classic of Mountains and Seas, but with major changes, since the creatures described in it are a bit too creepy.
5. Lighthearted. The logic may be questionable.
Check out the next story in the same series, a no-romance management novel:

Qi Chao gets an incredible bargain: an entire building.
Qi Chao: "No way! Absolutely no way!"
He can twist his ankle while walking on flat ground, make his cup explode while pouring hot water, and even get hit by a runaway car while eating at a fast-food restaurant.
In short, he's cursed with bad luck.
So how could a bargain like this possibly fall into his lap?
Yet the next day, Qi Chao suddenly goes from being a walking jinx to a lucky charm, with his fortune through the roof.
As soon as midnight passes---
[Fortune boost trial period has ended.]
[Complete "Apartment Building Renovation Mission 1" to permanently gain +1 luck.]
Qi Chao, whose bed suddenly collapsed while he was asleep in the middle of the night: …
Qi Chao: "Where's the building? I'm on my way!"
Renovate the apartment building and attract tenants.
Build a lounge and karaoke room, hire chefs, provide custom meals…
Tenant satisfaction shoots up, and Qi Chao's luck rises along with it.
Watching the time on his phone jump from 23:59 to 00:00, Qi Chao sheds a tear of joy. "Another ordinary day is over. Wonderful."
Then one day---
Qi Chao opens the door to find several little girls glowing with every color of the rainbow, floating in midair and holding microphones up to him.
"How did you make this the number-one cave abode in the Three Realms?"
"They say the Dragon God lives here, too. Could you introduce us?"
"I heard two masters, one from the East and one from the West, hold singing and dancing duels here every day. Might we be lucky enough to see them?"
Qi Chao: …
Qi Chao: ?
Isn't this place just an ordinary little apartment building!?
Theme: Love life and embrace tomorrow.
It is a sweet farming (forced reality) cookie without CP, and the world view seems very huge. Unfortunately, the main plot is limited to the protagonist's space and another world of cultivation. All members of the protagonist group survive (excluding those in the world of cultivation). The main line repeatedly emphasizes that "human nature is evil", but the description of "evil" always only has the motive of "greed". Moreover, the content that reflects "evil" only focuses on the plot of "human beings persecute monsters out of greed", and it only focuses on describing the "evil" of the world of cultivation that the protagonist has been to, among many worlds, which seems one-sided and thin. Since the protagonist's IQ seems to be only about five years old until the ending, the content that can be seen through his perspective is limited; in addition, due to various concerns, the protagonist group often hides from each other in the later stages. Many long-term foreshadowings often have to be said directly through the mouths of the characters, so it feels a bit anticlimactic. In addition, because I personally don't like the plot of "hypnotizing you for your own good" and "modifying memory for your own good", and I don't like the plot of Taotie being able to speak human words and then instigating other people's trust in the system, so I deducted an extra star from the rating. Generally speaking, the world view is great, but the content is relatively thin and one-sided, and the main line is simple and bland. However, as a farming novel, it is indeed a warm work suitable for relaxing in leisure time.
In fact, I wanted to complain when I saw it before. Humans are not the only ones who kill for reasons other than survival. For example, killer whales Port and Starboard often killed multiple sharks in succession but only ate their livers for many years. Free-range domestic cats will often hunt multiple small birds and eat only some of them. Lions, gorillas, dolphins, etc. Will kill their young just so they can reproduce. Battles between animals for group leadership are all too common. There are even groups of chimpanzees that exterminated another group of chimpanzees just because of the competition for resources, and then gave up that territory because they could not win against the other group (Gombe Chimpanzee War) The author always lets the characters say this in the article. Doesn't he really think so? If that's the case, I really want to complain about my ignorance...
It feels like they are having a hard time.
Awesome Xiaojiu! And these cute little friends! Love this beautiful story! Everyone is saving each other, so we have this beautiful home. Like it!
Yesterday I happened to get the limited exemption and finished reading it. After thinking about it, I read the author's novel for free, but I still have to leave some traces. Thank you for the limited exemption [Spreading Flowers] Personally, I think Dada's novel is really interesting. There are no problems with the plot, characters and writing. It's just that Dada seems to prefer to use flashbacks, writing the results first and then the reasons. When I first read it, I felt inexplicable, and I didn't know the reason until later. There are also people who like to set up foreshadowing. For example, xx's eyes dimmed and he suddenly sneered. It seemed like there was something wrong at first glance, but he wouldn't leave and tell you the reason. He will say it in the next few chapters. I accept this well, but I feel that most of the novels are relatively straightforward, which makes them a bit tiring to read. In fact, I feel that the large collection of novels does not match the quality of the novels. The novels are obviously very interesting, but after reading them, I only felt that the narrative techniques and foreshadowing were a little different from the general public. Everything else was very good. I am not writing this review to criticize Dada, but I think Dada deserves more collections! I wrote down the reasons why I think the collection is wrong for your reference. I hope you can write better and better [Rose][Rose][Rose] (The novel is still worth reading! The narrative foreshadowing does not affect the interest of reading, otherwise I would not have finished it so quickly)
Thanks for the limited free [Compare Heart] warm story🥰
I clicked on the author's homepage and found out that it was the author who had written about the Demon Cult before 🤩. I also liked that book. I finished it when I wasn't on v. Hhh
Finished spreading flowers ~ Looking forward to seeing you next time ~
I want to be good to you, I want to be good to you, we are all doing good to each other in our own way
"In the end, they sat directly by the lake..." This is a big bug for the author~ Just... While...
