No Snow in Victoria Harbour

Pei Jinnian x Xu An

Cool-headed, rational top x passionate, uninhibited bottom

A story about chasing your ex and getting back together after a breakup.

After transferring from Hong Kong Island to the mainland, he met Xu An.

Xu An fell in love with him at first sight and pursued him with passionate, straightforward affection.

The year they graduated, he accepted Xu An's confession.

But less than three years into their relationship, Xu An asked to break up.

The reason was: "I don't love you anymore."

He couldn't accept it.

He stubbornly and humbly begged Xu An not to leave him.

For the first time, he set aside his pride, only to be met with a gaze as cold as ice.

Five years later, he returned to the country.

When he met Xu An again, all he felt was hatred.

But Xu An told him, "I still love you. Let's get back together."

Pei Jinnian's response:

Back then, when he said he loved Xu An, Xu An couldn't have cared less.

Now that he had stopped loving Xu An, Xu An was shamelessly begging him to come back.

So...

Xu An was just a pathetic jerk, wasn't he?

Having reached this conclusion, Pei Jinnian smiled faintly.

Since Xu An insisted on clinging to him, Xu An couldn't blame him for doing something hurtful.

After all, he'd already given Xu An one chance to leave, and done all he could.

As for the second time...

He decided to do whatever he wanted.
