Lu He accepts, bewildered, the fact that his boss isn't straight. Then his boss suddenly becomes unusually cold toward him, leaving him bewildered all over again.

After humbly asking his coworkers for advice, he decides to cheat by copying their approach to wooing someone and win his boss back.

But even after he tries a whole string of tricks, his coworker next door has already won someone over, while nothing has happened on his side.

Lu He is defeated. At a loss, he assumes his boss must not like him anymore. Just as he's about to give up, his boss suddenly pins him against the edge of the bed...

Lu He is startled. He looks up and abruptly meets the man's hawklike eyes. The calm, collected gaze he knows is gone, replaced by something like turbulent, surging desire.

Reader's Guide:

1. Older top and sweet indulgence. The young master bottom is a little spoiled, and the top has a strong paternal streak, the sort who tells him when to eat and sleep. The bottom is very slow to recognize his feelings, since being doted on all the time has blurred the line between affection and love for him.

There's a nine-year age gap between the top and bottom. It's a fluffy little story with very little logic~

2. The setting allows same-sex marriage, though heterosexual marriages are more common.

3. This is a simple, light novel. There's a lot of everyday life, and the workplace scenes are made up as I go, so consider them more of a backdrop (?). Please don't scrutinize the details (please don't, I beg you, sob sob).
