When the CEO Starts Keeping a Caged Bird

While making a delivery, Fang Yu'an crashed into a sports car. The awkward part was that the owner was an old classmate he hadn't seen in years.

He thought the other man might remember how he'd once helped him. Instead, the man had his assistant toss him a bill, then casually reminded him as he left, "Be sure to pay the compensation on time, within a week."

Watching the sports car drive away and checking his bank balance, Fang Yu'an couldn't help grumbling, "A few years apart, and you've turned into a heartless capitalist."

Before he could even scrape together the money, the capitalist came knocking. "Given your current circumstances, our Mr. Wei has decided that you can work as a butler for a week to pay off your debt."

With all three meals provided, why turn down a good deal? Fang Yu'an immediately took the villa keys.

But something seemed off. Why did the other man always sleep in his room, keep trying to cuddle him, and want to bathe with him?

And when Fang Yu'an tried to leave, why did he go mad, pin him in a corner, and repeat over and over in his ear, "Don't leave me."

Wei Xuan's high school years had been the darkest time of his life, until Fang Yu'an barged into them. From then on, he saw the light.

But before he could finish high school, his parents sent him abroad and left him to fend for himself.

Nine years later, they met again. This time, Wei Xuan tried every possible way to keep Fang Yu'an by his side, but he never got what he wanted.

Until one night, Wei Xuan finally couldn't hold back and asked him sternly, "Fang Yu'an, do you really not understand how I feel about you?"

The other man set down the towel in his hand with a helpless sigh and kissed the corner of his mouth. "You always look so stern, and you don't even smile when you hug me. How could I understand?"
