Tales of the Strange Descend Tonight

Jiangjiang is a very happy child. She has the best parents in the world.

Her father is always quiet, but he grants her every wish. He is also very rich and the mayor of a small town. All the uncles, aunties, big brothers, and big sisters in town play with her. Jiangjiang thinks that even the stars in the sky would be within her father's reach.

Her mother loves red dresses and is always at home. She gently ties Jiangjiang's hair, teaches her to sing, and will always be there to protect her.

She has an older brother, too. He visits her in her dreams, making fireworks sparkle in the dark sky of her dream world.

And everyone in town loves her.

Jiangjiang's happy family lives in a remote, quiet little town.

Until one day, mischievous Jiangjiang accidentally wanders out of town. Naive and unfamiliar with the world, she is captured by a cruel giant. They take her to a place where children are “sold.” Forced to leave her family, she is “sold” to a strange household.

The strangers tell her, “I'm your biological father, and she's your biological mother. You have an older brother and an adopted older sister, too. We've all been waiting for you to come home.”

The long-lost child of the Jiang family has been found. The little girl who went missing at age three has been returned by the police fifteen years later.

But compared to their adopted daughter, the girl who came back seems strange. She appears to have been raised like a wild child, and says chilling, terrifying things. Even more frightening, people say the Jiang family has become strange ever since her return.

Meanwhile, a door to Pandora's box has opened in the real world. As people's fears grow, ghost stories and urban legends begin to emerge.
