Coming soon: Tonight, the Strange Tales Descend
Jiangjiang is a very happy child. She has the best parents in the world.
Her father is always quiet, but he gives her everything she asks for. He's also very rich, and he's the mayor of a small town. All the uncles, aunts, and older brothers and sisters in town play with her. Jiangjiang thinks that even the stars in the sky would be hers if her father could reach them.
Her mother loves red dresses and is always at home. She gently ties Jiangjiang's hair, teaches her to sing, and will always stand behind her to protect her.
She also has an older brother, who keeps her company in her dreams, setting off fireworks in the dark sky of her dreamscape.
And everyone in town loves her.
In a remote, quiet town lives Jiangjiang's happy family.
Until one day, mischievous Jiangjiang runs out of town. A vicious, towering man captures her and takes her to a place where children are sold. Forced to leave her family, she is 'sold' to a strange household.
A stranger tells her, "I'm your biological father. She's your biological mother. You have an older brother and an adopted older sister. We've been waiting for you to come home."
The crying, struggling Jiangjiang is forced to stay there. No one cares about her.
Until her beloved mother finds her lost child. A twisted love will bind them together forever.
The Jiang family's long-lost child has been found. The little girl who disappeared at the age of three has been returned by the police ten years later.
But compared to their adopted daughter, the girl who came home seems strange. She doesn't smile or want to talk, and she always curls up in a corner, murmuring about her father and mother. She thinks everyone is one of the bad people who abducted her. This gives the Jiang family a headache, but the paternity test cannot lie.
Alone and lonely, Jiangjiang is understood by no one. Dark shadows come and go. The child who is always bullied chooses to keep her tears to herself.
After being silently ignored for five years, this gloomy, unloved child suddenly smiles one day and tells everyone that her loving parents have found her.
Blurb:
"Living off your ghost bride? What a joke..."
Jiang Ke had just complained about a supernatural novel. When she woke up, she had become one of the teammates who were going to be sacrificed at the very beginning of a short story.
Wait, what? Am I not even allowed to make one snarky comment?
Now that she's actually there, Jiang Ke admits she might have raised her voice a little. Can she undo one transmigration?
Deep in the Qinling Mountains, villagers worship an evil god. Houses are built from flesh and blood, a forest of skulls blocks the road, and thick fog shrouds everything.
Anything goes if it keeps you alive. After replacing the short story's last survivor, the male lead Qin Wen, Jiang Ke finds her way out of the barren mountains. She leaves the altar and the Wedding God behind, never imagining that the end of the short story she read would mark the beginning of supernatural horror's return.
She escapes the mountains, but takes a disaster-class evil god with her. Once the initial terror passes, human greed begins to swell. Their fates are twinned, their souls intertwined. If you can't beat them, why not join them?
The paranormal horrors everyone avoids become her experience points.
A student jumps from a building at midnight, random calls for help, an old family home sealed off after being contaminated by corpse water...
On top of these ridiculous-sounding ghost stories, even renting a place lands her in a haunted house. Jiang Ke is so unlucky she's ready to laugh. Is this what it's like to be the protagonist of a supernatural novel?
Paranormal incidents break out one after another, and strange tales spread far and wide. Besides the local Anomaly Group, there's also a Story Society that creates horror at will.
In this world with night closing in, if she wants to stay alive, she'll just have to... crush those little nobodies!
From hiding and pretending to be a lamb to finally glaring with murderous intent, Jiang Ke grows stronger at a rapid pace by devouring ghosts and monsters.
Behind her, the Wedding God lifts half of the red veil, revealing its face. It curls its lips, scarlet nails set against a pale hand, and leans against Jiang Ke, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and pulling her into its embrace.
"My wife, I'm... hungry."
"Then let's hunt together."
A world in chaos is perfect for making your move under cover of confusion.
(P.S. Don't doubt it, this really is a feel-good story about the heroine's growth. Once it gets going, it's pure fun!
The Wedding God is the male lead, but their relationship is strictly Platonic. /fidgets/
I'm trying to build this into a short novel. The setting's a big mishmash, but I'll sort it out as the story goes.)
Theme: Don't let fear control your mind
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha The people in the room are so miserable. When I opened the door and saw the protective shield I put up with my teammates, I was almost scared to death hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

? Did you give that wedding dress to someone else????
Will Qin Wen be killed in the end?
I don't know if the heroine was shocked, but after knowing so many supernatural things, she felt that it would be okay to stay for one night, which made her feel a little stupid. And he was not the original owner. Didn't he think he was a time traveler? Why do you still have so many feelings for his family?
This dark shadow. ? Is Qin Wen still conscious?
Hahahahahahahaha, weak and helpless but able to eat
It looks good, but why are there so few? I hope the day will be 30,000 😳
Keep up the good work, waiting for you to come back and update
After a cursory glance, it has nothing to do with the introduction. Pig's feet are not funny. I thought it was a real cub article.
