I Only Like Your Face

· A face-loving, money-grubbing, mother-hen type working stiff top x a spoiled, willful, down-on-his-luck young master bottom who only gets put in his place by the top.

· Qin Yan x Su Zhanyang.

· Basically, a story about a face-loving guy taking in a handsome runaway kid and raising him. The top's favorite thing about the bottom is his face.

· A story about two imperfect idiots falling in love. They're each other's first love. The top is too busy making money to want a relationship, while the bottom is so full of himself that nobody meets his standards.

· The top is slow to catch on, while the bottom falls first and pursues him. The bottom is often driven up the wall by the top's overflowing fatherly affection, haha.

· Basically, a sweeter version of The Contemptuous Sneer (my other novel).

Both of Qin Yan's parents died early, and he lived alone for many years. Once the pressure of making ends meet finally eased, he began to feel bored and lost, unsure what the point of his life was.

As luck would have it, one day after work he spotted a disheveled, handsome kid on the roadside. He simply took him home and raised him like a doll.

At last, the face-loving Qin Yan had found a new purpose in life.

The kid was spoiled, picky, lazy, and good for nothing except his looks, but Qin Yan loved playing the father and turning a naughty kid into a well-behaved one.

It was challenging and fun. His dull life had finally found a little excitement!

After an argument with his parents, Su Zhanyang stormed out of the house during summer vacation. He ran to his hometown in the countryside, determined to stay with his grandmother, but he got lost... Just as he was starving and freezing, Qin Yan happened to pass by and took him home.

The spoiled, lazy young master was completely at the mercy of the sharp-tongued, straightforward Qin Yan. Forced to change his bad habits, he also fell in love and doggedly pursued the man who had raised him like a son until he won him over.

It wasn't until they started dating that Su Zhanyang realized Qin Yan seemed especially fond of his face.

So he asked indignantly, "Do you only like me for my face?!"

Qin Yan answered with complete confidence, "What else? Your spoiled attitude? Your willfulness? Your laziness?!"

After that, Su Zhanyang would get mad while applying face masks and skincare in front of the mirror... He'd call Qin Yan "shallow," but every day he'd worry that Qin Yan would fall out of love if he got ugly...
