☆Blurb:

A pixel-art game called "Yokohama Part-Timer Simulator" suddenly appeared on Xia Meng's phone.

Xia Meng chose the Armed Detective Agency, the lowest difficulty setting.

Rejected by the shop when he tried to apply for a job from the start, Xia Meng discovered the [Thief Version] of his ability.

Xia Meng (raising a finger): Hey, I've got a plan!

The Agency: No plans!

Forbidden from stealing money, Xia Meng decided to steal people instead.

He chose the Port Mafia.

Looking at the [People... People] filling his inventory, Xia Meng decided to make a little money by selling them for 100,000 yen each.

The Agency: We told you, no plans!

Because Xia Meng was such a handful, the Armed Detective Agency decided to set an SSS-difficulty entrance exam: investigate the [Yokohama Ability User Suicide Cases].

Xia Meng: Just a mastermind? Watch this player take them down with ease!

After the White Reindeer's battle-damaged CG appeared...

Uh, wait, nobody told the player the White Reindeer looked like that!

Well, in that case, there's only one thing to do! Raise his affection to 100 in one go!

The Agency: It's been three whole days. Has Xia Meng still not caught the White Reindeer?

Answer: He caught him ages ago, but at the last moment that despicable White Reindeer used his charm ability on Xia Meng. Now Xia Meng is at the Special Division for Unusual Powers, eating and drinking to his heart's content with the White Reindeer!

Xia Meng: Stop spreading rumors! I wasn't charmed at all. I was just playing mind games with the White Reindeer. Pretending to be charmed was part of the plan. Enough already. I have my own rhythm.

The Agency: ...

The Agency (relieved): Never mind. If the White Reindeer wants him, he can have him.

The White Reindeer: ?

At some point, a strange ability user appeared in chaotic Yokohama.

He betrayed several organizations in a row and still went around cheerfully. He seemed cold, but was always saying strange things. Though he wasn't short on money, he liked rummaging through trash, loved turning up at all sorts of strange crime scenes and making a complete mess, and occasionally, when the mood struck him, tried to shoplift without paying...

Wary of Xia Meng, the organizations decided to send someone to investigate. But every night, he would vanish without a trace, like a mysterious, sinister ghost.

The real Xia Meng (filthy version): White-haired wifey, I'm back from fooling around.

Xia Meng (horrified): Wait! I swear I'll never pick through trash again! Stop lowering my affection points!!!

1. Pairing: Shibusawa x Xia Meng. Main character is the bottom. No secondary pairings. The protagonist won't stay with the Agency the whole time.

2. This story has no plot connection to the other novel on my profile, "Yokohama Stardew Valley."

3. The protagonist has a powerful golden finger. The timeline has been altered, and there are original elements. I don't accept writing advice. Chapter updates are for typo fixes. Anti-piracy protection is set to 70%.

(After the main story ends, other chapters will be labeled [Bonus Chapter], so they won't affect your subscription rate.)

4. The [Bonus Chapter Reading Guide] is in the author's note of the [Main Story Complete] chapter. Feel free to buy the bonus chapters according to your tastes.

5. Please don't compare rankings.

Theme: Live happily, play happily.
