You might not like this:
An old flame catches fire, and it happens so suddenly it crackles and pops, shaking you to your bones. They tug at each other like a kite in the wind, floating back and forth without ever touching down. It continues the melodramatic Hong Kong style, but the protagonists speak excellent Mandarin, good enough to pass the Mandarin proficiency test.
