Yang Jian opened his eyes and found himself in a brand-new world. The person who saved him said this was the modern era.
To recover his magic and find the lost Lotus Lantern, he moved in with his rescuer.
His rescuer was an artist who often drew on a tablet. His style was inventive and fresh, and his characters were full of life.
His benefactor called himself a comic artist.
Oh, so someone who draws two men is called a "comic artist."
Though he knew nothing about drawing, Yang Jian discovered that his benefactor's tears could help him recover his magic.
Yang Jian: I need to find a way to make him cry.

While attending a comic convention, Deng Ci unexpectedly picked up a man. He had delicate, androgynous features and an ethereal, classical air. He was practically the perfect protagonist for one of Deng Ci's comics, so Deng Ci brought him home without a second thought.
The man was gorgeous, but not very bright. He walked straight into a car, asked why the ceiling light could shine by itself, and wondered whether a phone could contact the heavens. When asked his name, he said he was Yang Jian, the Erlang God.
Deng Ci didn't believe him, but he discovered that the man really did have some kind of magic. Whenever they touched, the burn scars on Deng Ci's body would disappear for a while.
Why waste time when they could cuddle?

One day after they got together, Deng Ci turned away for a moment, and a boy who looked a little like Yang Jian suddenly appeared in their home. A mighty-looking dog stood by his feet.
The boy asked Deng Ci, "Are you my uncle's wife?"
Before Deng Ci could react, Yang Jian came out of the kitchen wearing an apron, skillfully beating eggs as he calmly scolded the boy: "I told you not to walk through walls. You'll scare the mortals."
Then he introduced them to Deng Ci: "This is Chenxiang, and this is Xiaotian Dog."
Deng Ci: ???
Is my boyfriend really Yang Jian?
