I’m the Trump Card…?

Li Jin has a secret: he has superpowers.

Like a magical girl in a cartoon, he can summon different god cards and use them as he pleases.

At the stroke of midnight on his eighteenth birthday, he learned the hard way that there's no such thing as a free lunch.

After summoning an entire deck of god cards, Li Jin found himself summoned by someone else as a card.

As a flashy special attack came flying at him, his instinctive first reaction was to raise a hand and dispel it. His second thought was that even a superpower system knew not to hire child labor.

In any case, from the day a group of people in combat uniforms surrounded him, he became a crucial ace up their sleeve.

Li Jin: I haven't taken the college entrance exams yet, but I've already got a government job.

Li Jin, an utterly ordinary top student, is working hard to get into Tsinghua or Peking University.

Only a handful of people know that the National Special Talent Center has a top-secret file on this high schooler.

It all begins when the captain of the Dragon Special Forces awakens a second time while fighting an evil god, and summons a high schooler wearing a birthday hat...

[An ace's daily life]

Li Jin: Why are you summoning me again?! I'm in the middle of finals!

Li Jin: Don't summon me unless it's an SSS-rank battle, okay? I have tutoring!

Li Jin: Is an ace really worth more than the top scorer on the college entrance exams?

Li Jin: Thanks for asking, I'm studying for the college entrance exams. I don't have time to save the world lately.

··

Li Jin has one card hidden away: he can summon his future self.

That's his final ace.

Li Jin: My future self must be strong enough to destroy the world... Wait, he really is strong, but why does it actually look like he's getting ready to destroy the world?

++ Can summon gods, but that's not all.

++ Ridiculous combat power, an ace that's worth its weight in gold.

++ Narcissism.
