After Being Betrayed by My Adopted Son

Garcia Free is betrayed all at once by his most beloved adopted son, his most trusted chief guard, and the successor he values most, and is trapped in enemy territory.

Luckily, they're all the same person, so he only has to clean house once.

At the negotiating table, Garcia Free meets the mysterious leader of the rebels.

Young and respectful, just like his adopted son.

And with the same name: Ryan Free.

[I don't know what else to put in the blurb, so here's a little scene from the top's point of view!]

As the only Beta at Garcia's side, Ryan is the only one who can approach him during his rut.

Many times, when he hears that hoarse, low “Ryan,” he goes to the marshal's bedroom or study with secret feelings he can't confess, only to receive a suppressant every time.

There is something dreamlike about the slow process of injecting the suppressant into Garcia. His adoptive father, an unreachable and unbreakable man, presses his fingers to his brow, a rare look of restraint crossing his face.

Ryan fantasizes about grinding himself into powder and dissolving into the suppressant in his hand, merging with his adoptive father's blood and bones and becoming his true blood relative.

The characters are roughly a high-ranking, influential noble Alpha bottom and a young, loyal Beta top who becomes a revolutionary leader and turns traitor. They're adoptive father and son, in a not-too-serious faux-incest setup. The bottom has more than one adopted son.

Theme: A loving father and a filial son.
