My Guardian Is Handsome and Crazy

[Older love interest, raised-together romance]

Cool, carefree doctor x well-behaved student

(Cheng Zhangxu x Ying Wu)

1

When Ying Wu was thirteen, his family fell on hard times, and he was entrusted to twenty-two-year-old Cheng Zhangxu.

The rumored genius doctor was dependable and composed, but...

At three in the morning, Cheng Zhangxu stood by his bed and mysteriously swung a backpack in his hand. "Want to go hiking?"

Ying Wu: ?

2

Life with Cheng Zhangxu was never anything but wild.

Lying in wait for gangsters, brawling, tearing up the streets on motorcycles, racing through the mountains, and suddenly packing up to travel at the crack of dawn...

With a face that said, "Are you out of your mind?", Ying Wu followed Cheng Zhangxu through all sorts of outrageous adventures.

Whenever Cheng Zhangxu went crazy, Ying Wu followed behind the madman, anxiously cleaning up after him.

3

For all his unreliability, Cheng Zhangxu was also the only one who would crouch down to wipe away Ying Wu's tears.

Ying Wu treasured every time Cheng Zhangxu touched him.

Pinching his cheek, ruffling his hair, hugging him.

...And every affectionate, amused "A-Ying."

Ying Wu slowly grew up in the safe haven named Cheng Zhangxu.

4

But Cheng Zhangxu was just so carefree and uninhibited, as if he could accept anything.

So when Ying Wu finally said "I love you," Cheng Zhangxu only paused for half a second, then smiled and patted his head.

"Silly boy."

Silly boy, I understand your heart.
