Loop, or Love Loop

The amnesiac Scotch woke up in a safe house.

There was nothing on the table but a fake ID and a gun. But after searching carefully, he found other dangerous contraband in the house.

Looking over everything inside, Scotch decided he must be a hitman, probably a vicious criminal at that. Though deep down he felt that something was wrong, no matter how thoroughly he investigated, he couldn't find any evidence to the contrary. It seemed he really was that kind of person.

Then, after accidentally getting caught up in a murder case, Scotch returned to the safe house after giving his statement and received an anonymous email:

The Public Security Police have found this place. Run, now!

Before Scotch could react, the Public Security Police burst in. He stood by the window, looked at the officers at the door, and leaped out without hesitation.

Time abruptly rewound, and a second email appeared after the first.

Every time he failed to escape and time rewound, another email appeared, guiding Scotch toward a way out.

Don't look back. Run!

Head for the roof. The Public Security Police are all downstairs!

That blond Public Security officer saw you. Don't let him get his hands on you!

After the Nth failed escape, Scotch gripped the gun in his hand and pointed it at himself. But then he heard the blond officer in the lead shout in anguish, "No, Hiro!"

Before he could make out the name, time rewound once more.

At last, Scotch received another email. It read:

If there's really no way to escape, then stop running.

But if you want to live, never admit to that identity. Never admit that you are ■■■■■!

The name in the email had turned into a jumble of characters.

It was the last warning someone would give him.

A product of my dreams. I'll probably go wild with it.

ReiHiro pairing.
