The Kudo Family Triplets

The three Kudo triplets look like they were all stamped from the same mold.

As the eldest, Shin-chan is fair-skinned, clever at school, and a diligent student everyone praises. But one of his younger brothers is dark-skinned and smart, yet often disobeys him and is always riding his motorcycle around. The other is fair-skinned but a troublemaker, often flying out at night in a paper airplane to cause mischief, then leaving Shin-chan to clean up after him. As their big brother, he often has a splitting headache.

One day, his brother in white went out to test-fly his plane near a Ferris wheel. He rescued a curly-haired young man with black hair who was trapped by a bomb, but ended up in handcuffs and nearly had his identity exposed.

Another day, his dark-skinned brother rode his motorcycle into a runaway car, saving a police officer in the middle of a mission. The officer came to lecture him: minors aren't allowed to ride motorcycles on the road.

Shinichi had a terrible headache. How was he supposed to teach his brothers to get their act together and study hard?

Then one day, Shinichi turned from an adult into a child and was taken in by Bourbon of the Black Organization. His once-unreliable younger brothers all became dependable adults, protecting their big brother again and again from the Black Organization's attempts to hunt him down.

The Black Organization ordered Shinichi's capture, and four “Shinichis” appeared on the TV news.

Heiji: I joined the organization to get the antidote for my big brother, but ended up saving a Public Security officer undercover in the Black Organization.

Kaito: I joined the organization to get the antidote for my big brother, too, but ended up getting caught by Public Security.

The tiny Shinichi looked at the chaotic home he'd once known, and finally couldn't help asking his foster guardian for help. “Brother Amuro, let's work together.”

[Reading Notes]: A no-responsibility flight of fancy.

1. This is an ensemble story. Shinichi, Heiji, and Kaito are all main characters and get plenty of page time.

2. The five-man group also features prominently.

3. There is plenty of conflict with the Black Organization. This does not follow the original, and the timeline is different, too.

4. The five-man group will be saved from their canon deaths.

5. The characters' adult and child selves will appear at irregular intervals. This is a story about raising the kids together.

A no-responsibility flight of fancy.
