Detective, Trust Me One More Time

Anti-piracy protection is now active, with a 50% preview. [Also known as: Still Don't Know Why I Was Arrested That Day] Shinzan Kazuya, an unlucky soul from the Space-Time Bureau, is thrown into the Detective Conan world one day to carry out a mission. With three negative buffs in tow, he becomes the prime suspect at every crime scene. Someone sets a fire, and they suspect he did it. Someone jumps off a building, and they suspect he did it. Someone gets poisoned, and they suspect he did it. Even when he's nowhere near the scene, they suspect he's somehow involved. Even the comments are shouting: Arrest him! Shinzan says: Could it possibly be someone else? Why not suspect a local from Beika Town for once? Is it really just because I look shady, speak rudely, and act strangely? At long last, he does a good deed, hoping to improve the viewers' impression of him. A comment drifts by: [What scheme is that villain Shinzan Kazuya cooking up now? He's so evil, playing the Detective Boys like puppets!] Why not wait until you find out I've been volunteering in the park for several days straight? Where would I find time to do bad things? Did I bury eight bombs in the park or something? But as soon as he steps out of the park, a huge explosion goes off inside. The police and detectives continue to treat him like a thorn in their side. Surrounded on all sides, Shinzan Kazuya wearily maintains a smile and delivers the opening line he's become very practiced at saying: "First of all, I'm innocent." What? Nobody believes me? I'm really calling the police! Reader's guide: [Warnings for author-created details and OOC characterization] Theme: Believe the evidence, respect the facts, and justice will prevail.
