The Rabbit-Type Free Spirit Gets Scared Every Day [Haikyuu!!]

Gentle-natured and prone to stammering, Sota Suzumiya has one well-known hobby:

Playing volleyball.

But whenever anyone finds out that Sota Suzumiya plays volleyball, they laugh at him and say he's not suited to the sport. He should play house, a game for girls.

For the sake of his volleyball dream, Sota Suzumiya chooses Inarizaki High School and joins its volleyball team.

On his first day, countless people scrutinize him because of his frail build and timid demeanor.

But the moment Sota Suzumiya steps onto the court, he becomes a different person.

Every ball the opposing team sends over or spikes at him, Sota manages to save perfectly.

He even receives a ball from Inarizaki's ace, Miya Osamu.

From that moment on, Sota's volleyball skills are finally recognized.

-

The newest first-year libero on Inarizaki's volleyball team is gentle-natured and very timid, and the Miya twins often pick on him in all sorts of ways.

Whenever the little libero is reduced to a pitiful state by the twins, a senior steps in to stand up for him and teach them a lesson.

Lately, though, the twins have stopped teasing the little libero, much to the volleyball team's surprise.

When asked why, no one can really explain it.

-

Sota Suzumiya likes to be coddled, but he only acts that way around the seniors he respects and the person he loves.

But no one on the volleyball team knows about that.

Not even the person he loves.

P.S.

1. OOC warning, with lots of original character details.

2. Slice-of-life rambling, average writing, and a terrible plot.

3. I'm not a canon expert. Don't scrutinize the details. The logic is shaky, so no need to tell me if you drop the story.

4. The main story has little romance, but the bonus chapters have more.
