Fed Up with the Comments, I Joined the Tennis Club

Before reading this novel, please scroll to the end of the blurb to read the reader's notice. Thank you.

[Waaah, the thought that my favorite, Rikkai, is actually the villain makes my heart break.]

[Our Master!!! Why treat a teenager like this? Is the protagonist the only one who's a kid? Isn't our Master one too?]

[If I could, I really wish someone would help Yukimura.]

Hiiragi Kawayu got up with an irritated look on his face. Ever since he transferred from Makino Fuji to Rikkai, the words appearing before his eyes had been bothering him every day.

As long as Hiiragi Kawayu was at Rikkai, the comments in front of his eyes would scroll nonstop. The person they were all talking about was someone named Yukimura Seiichi.

But Hiiragi Kawayu searched all over Rikkai and couldn't find anyone by that name.

After learning from the comments that Yukimura played tennis, Hiiragi, who had been getting thrashed at tennis for years and called lazy by his cousin, had this to say: ...

Later, Hiiragi Kawayu realized that the comments became less frequent whenever he was in the tennis club. To make them appear less often, he decided to join the club.

At first, Hiiragi Kawayu was just an ordinary member.

But when he became the tennis club captain in his second year, he finally met Yukimura Seiichi, who had been so active in the comments. Unfortunately, it was after the first-years led by Yukimura had put the tennis club through the wringer.

Hiiragi Kawayu: As expected, Yukimura is incredibly strong.

Wouldn't that mean someone like me, who's constantly been thrashed by my cousin, is going to get thrashed by Yukimura too?

Once he realized this, Hiiragi Kawayu announced in front of everyone that Yukimura would be the new captain.

The new captain's first order of business was to challenge Hiiragi Kawayu to a match.

Hiiragi Kawayu: There really is no escaping it, huh. Sigh.jpg

PS:

Yukimura will lose some matches. I know he's never lost a point in an official match, but in this story, he'll lose some unofficial matches. He won't lose in other tournaments, such as the Kanto and national tournaments.

The protagonist is very strong, after all, he's been thrashed by Phoenix for years. But once Yukimura develops later on, the protagonist might not be able to beat him.

Rikkai is the main focus. The story will also cross over with Kuroko's Basketball and Haikyuu. Rikkai will win the national championship three years in a row.

OOC warning. Everyday life told in a straightforward style. Average writing, terrible plot.

I'm not a detail-oriented fan, so please don't nitpick. The logic is poor. No need to tell me if you drop the story.

Theme: Growing up happily.
