Daytime Reverie

"By day, I'm a comic artist people think suffers from delusions. At night, I hide among those paint palettes, searching for the only proof I have of you, Jiang Yu. One day, I'll bring you back."

"I foolishly thought you were my alternate personality."

"Do those booklets record every moment of regret you ever had?"

"He traded every one of his stars for paintbrushes and tuition."

"I put your police uniform beside my pillow. The person I love is such a small, yet righteous angel. You're the hero I'm proudest of."

"Jiang Yu, I miss you so much. Take me with you."

"At last, someone is looking at my paintings, but I no longer enjoy picking up a brush."

"Jiang Yu, I can finally see you again."

"Everyone says I'm terminally ill, but only I know that I just miss you too much."

"I've followed him since I was little. He's the only person who matters to me in this life."

"Jiang Yu, among the scattered islands along the endless coastline, and in the lighthouse at Lu Bay, even a lone little boat can be found. The stars rise and fall above us, and you and I will be together from beginning to end."

"The sky stretches far above. I want to reach out and brush away the fragments, leaving behind that remnant arc of light."

"The stars in the universe have long since shifted from their course. My steps measure the distance between us."

"Life and death are nothing more than this. Love can cross the river of time and reach that moment when it finds you."

"In the illusion of four light-years, we meet again on that star. Jiang Yu, come home with me, to the home that belongs to us."
