Because He's So Cute

The main story is complete. The author's writing is TERRIBLE!!! I wrote this mostly to please myself, so if you enjoy reading it, I'll be happy too. If you don't, come yell at me. (I'll be your punching bag (lies down)) Given how embarrassed I am, please don't recommend, mention, or promote it elsewhere. (I'll cry.) After an incident with a fan, Yamada Aki transferred from Teiko in Tokyo to Kitagawa Daiichi in Miyagi with her aunt. Transferring schools was as easy as changing clothes, and yet Yamada Aki, who lived by the motto “go with the flow,” just couldn't settle down. “Yamada-san, do you know Oikawa? Let me tell you...” said classmate A, who was overly familiar. “I just broke up with Toru Oikawa, sob...” said classmate B, who was going through a breakup. “Oikawa doesn't care about his girlfriend at all. If it were me...” said classmate C, bitterly. Yamada Aki could only think: What a pain. For a whole month, she heard Oikawa Toru's name before she ever saw him. It gave her a physical aversion to him in every sense of the word. * Then, by chance, she saw him lose a match. “Ah, he's about to cry, but he's holding it back. This is... kind of cute...” Yamada Aki had to admit: He's actually pretty great. Many years later. “Aki-chan, why did you start dating Oikawa-kun back then?” her adorable sister-in-law asked. “Because he was cute.” Oikawa Toru, who had perked up his ears, slowly formed a question mark. Theme: Face challenges head-on and don't be afraid of hardship.
