[Honkai: Star Rail] Blade and Dan Heng: A Fated Match

As a guide at the Black Tower Base, Dan Heng unexpectedly found his fated partner. Their compatibility was a perfect one hundred percent.

Unfortunately, this sentry belonged to an enemy faction. The two sides hated each other so much that they would spit whenever they passed by. As a key figure in rebuilding relations, Dan Heng took on the heavy responsibility and was forced to live with Blade, develop a relationship with him, and unite with him as soon as possible.

Their friends and family couldn't help teasing him: "Dan Heng, did you get handed a marriage-first, love-later story?"

Under the forced arrangement, the two not only had to live and eat together, but also had to be on the same team during missions.

As expected, their compatibility was ideal, and their personalities suited each other too. Before long, they became friends. Blade often said that he dreamed of remembering things from his past and would stand by the bed, but Dan Heng could accept that.

With everyone there to witness it, history's first pair of partners with one hundred percent compatibility was born. But after a handover following one mission, Dan Heng unexpectedly heard some news:

Someone on the other side wanted to get rid of him. From the very beginning, this had never been a simple marriage-first, love-later story. It was a deceitful game of plots and schemes.

When they were trapped beneath the deep sea, Dan Heng finally voiced the question that had been troubling him all along. "If you were going to kill me, why did you still bond with me?"

Blade grabbed Dan Heng by the collar. The taste of blood spread through his mouth as he replied, "Dan Heng, this way, your life belongs to me."
