Misunderstanding Comedy | Redemption | Vine Monster | Unbeatable Luck and Pure Satisfaction

Warm, sunny, human-shaped praise machine, scheming minister receiving x “illiterate” tyrant who barely wants to live, sharp-tongued but soft-hearted, domineering top

Yin Fuzhuo is the male lead of The Tyrant's Sweet and Adorable Top Scholar. Abused in the Cold Palace as a child, he grew up capricious, cruel, violent, and autocratic. One of his greatest hobbies is experimenting with gourmet dishes made from human body parts. Today he pulls out the censor's tongue and fries it with bamboo shoots; tomorrow he tosses the chancellor into a pot of oil and fries him until crispy.

Unfortunately, Fu Li has just transmigrated into the story and is about to become that tongueless censor.

Fortunately, the System tells him that if he can just wait until the Great Liang dynasty falls, he will receive a 100-million-yuan reward and return to his original world.

Knowing the plot, he understands that in a few years the tyrant will destroy his kingdom after a love-hate struggle with the top scholar.

The problem is, how many years? The book doesn't say, and the tyrant is about to kill him.

To speed up the dynasty's downfall, Censor Fu, trembling as he scrambles to stay alive, has no choice but to rack his brains to flatter and appease Yin Fuzhuo, working hard to curry favor, while supporting every measure that could bring down the dynasty

Yin Fuzhuo is too lazy to govern and wants to let the eunuchs rule in his place. The entire court cries that the eunuchs are ruining the country.

“Sure, Eunuch Wang sells offices, appoints his cronies, and commits every kind of evil... But that only proves he's been shouldering the burden for His Majesty all these years. Even when you and the whole world curse him to his face, he never utters a word in his own defense. It's been so hard for him.”

The officials: Is that even something a person would say?

“He's the only one in court who's found good doctors and medicine for His Majesty. If he's not a loyal subject, then are you alarmist ministers?”

Eunuch Wang, who has designs on the throne: secretly gets rid of the poison meant to harm the emperor. Censor Fu definitely has something on me.

“Your Majesty, everyone else worries about whether the affairs of state will fall into chaos. I only have eyes for Your Majesty. I only worry about whether Your Majesty is tired.”

Yin Fuzhuo: Are all censors this considerate?

A few days later, the ministers watch in horror as the all-powerful eunuch grovels before Fu Li.

The enemy nation is in turmoil, and the great general is about to lead an army and reclaim lost territory. Fu Li hastily tries to stop him.

“A few pieces of land are nothing. His Majesty's safety is far more important. The great general must stay in the capital to protect His Majesty! You there, the palace guard who looks weakest. You're the one. I suggest sending him.”

The gate captain, a capable man who doesn't know how to play politics: I have been blessed to meet a discerning patron in this life. I won't let you down.

Yin Fuzhuo: Why does my heart feel so warm?

The officials: Great Liang is really doomed!

Half a month later, the border forces win a great victory. The enemy nation surrenders, and Great Liang's territory doubles.

The “upright and incorruptible” censor becomes more and more successful at being a treacherous minister, and incidentally raises an unparalleled wise ruler.

Fu Li scratches his head: I seem to have achieved my goal (staying alive), but also not achieved it (bringing down the dynasty).

As Fu Li's influence grows, the court speaks only of Censor Fu and forgets the tyrant. To curry favor, the eunuch talks the tyrant into groveling before him.

Yin: So you're saying that if I want to hold on to my throne, I can only use my looks to serve a minister and sell myself to save the country?

Fu: ?

After thinking for two seconds.

Yin: It's not out of the question.

That night, Fu Li stares silently at the emperor, who has obligingly stretched out on the bed.

I'm straight!

P.S.:

★ My take on the misunderstanding-comedy genre: Different ways of thinking make events unfold differently. The receiving lead is useless and knows his limits, but his luck is absurdly good. Because of misunderstandings and lack of information, the supporting characters keep building him up until they put him on a pedestal.

★ The top is a half-demon, a Yingcha vine. He can read, but has little life experience and is a bit naive.

★ Demons and magic appear. This is a very, very inaccurate political intrigue story.

★ A ragtag crew, brainless plot (emphasis!), logic-free. Please don't scrutinize the details. More of a romance, with a strong redemption focus.

★ The characters' values are not the author's values. The fact that everyone is messed up doesn't mean the author is.

★ If you agree to the above, welcome to Chapter One.

My next book is an unpublished work, The Cold Beauty's Bodyguard Is Strange. Please add it to your collection.

Long-haired, waist-length beauty of a governor with a powerful dom vibe, receiving lead (A)

X

Wild, ruthless, laconic pirate captain, rugged top (E)

Power Couple | Coercive Love and Hate in a Past Life | Regretful Pursuit in This Life | Irresistible Receiving Lead

Yuan Siqiao is the governor of Klein Star and the top alpha among the planet's elite. He is eccentric and wicked, decisive in his methods, and prefers to keep to himself. A venomous beauty who inspires both terror and fascination.

One night, he dreams that this world is an old-fashioned, angst-filled novel about a regretful pursuit of one's spouse. He is the scum top who neglects and mistreats the receiving lead. In the end, he goes blind, loses the use of his legs, develops a severe stomach condition, and has his glands surgically removed. Only after enduring humiliation does the receiving lead, Lou Yichuan, finally soften toward him, abandon the side characters who devoted themselves to him, and agree to remarry.

Yuan Siqiao wakes up furious: ???

It was supposed to be a simple political and business marriage. You're telling me you expect real feelings?

Governor Yuan soon has another dream.

One of the side-character tops turns evil and locks him away!

Yuan Siqiao's mind short-circuits.

He successfully gets the marriage annulled, but the side-character tops show up early, each harboring deep hostility toward him after the receiving lead stirs things up.

Yuan Siqiao sneers. Good. I haven't even had a chance to go after them, and they've come right to me.

With the vague clues from his dreams, he decides to join forces with his bodyguard and take revenge ahead of time.

Side-character top number one is a starship captain who once threatened to kill him. He'll be the one to cripple his legs in the future. Anyone who says that so brazenly must have done this kind of thing plenty of times before. Investigate him.

Side-character top number two is the Alliance Speaker's youngest son. He's the one who blinds me and destroys my glands. He's abusing his authority and treating other people's lives with contempt, so he must have a dirty record. Investigate him!

Side-character top number three is an entertainment star adored across the Alliance. He'll use public opinion to smear me, and he'll be the one to drive the Xie family to the brink of bankruptcy and force them from power. An artist with such poor character must throw his weight around all the time. Investigate him!

Most importantly, investigate the receiving lead!

Bankruptcy, disability, and disgrace. You can all get a taste in advance of everything I'm supposed to suffer in the book.

Only one of the side-character tops remains. His background and influence are so powerful that even my all-capable personal bodyguard can't uncover his identity.

At last, one day, Yuan Siqiao follows the scar on the back of the man from his dreams, grabs his shoulder, and turns him around.

The man before him is his most trusted bodyguard, the Alliance's most-wanted criminal, and his sworn enemy.

The man corners him, his rough fingertip trembling as it caresses Yuan Siqiao's cheek. A wicked, carefree smile appears on his face.

His eyes are filled with deep desire, yet also with overwhelming fear.

“Have you finally remembered, my young master?”

Yuan Siqiao finally learns the identity of the man from his dreams, but now there's no escape.

Fu Shuangang was born on Exile Star-3. With his rare Enigma constitution and supernatural abilities, he became the most powerful pirate in the galaxy.

As the Alliance's most expensive wanted criminal, he has one enemy: Yuan Siqiao.

In his previous life, he ranged across the star systems, committing every kind of crime and terrifying everyone. The only place he ever suffered defeat was Klein Star, where he left in frustration. Later, that governor stole his man, got his best friend imprisoned, and caused his brother to die, leaving him with nothing.

To get revenge on Yuan Siqiao, Fu Shuangang took out all his resentment on him. Then, one rainy night, Yuan Siqiao left this world with a smile of relief, leaving Fu Shuangang to hold his cold body and weep in regret.

Reborn, he goes undercover in Klein City ahead of time to take revenge on the receiving lead. When Yuan Siqiao is in danger, he steps in and, by a twist of fate, becomes his bodyguard. He carefully disguises himself as an omega and gradually becomes the person Yuan Siqiao trusts most.

A hazy seed of love sprouts from his heart of remorse and repentance. But Yuan Siqiao seems to be starting to dream about how he forced himself on him in his previous life.

What should he do?

P.S.:

1. Very melodramatic, extremely melodramatic! An old-school scum-top-reborn-and-repenting trope. Not a typical A-E romance, with many original worldbuilding details. Both leads are faithful to each other in their past and present lives.

2. In his previous life, the top used coercion and forced sex, turning love into hate (please avoid if this bothers you!!!). He didn't realize he was in love, then died for love and was reborn to atone and win his spouse back.

3. The receiving lead has a tendency to attract everyone.

Theme: The world is falling apart, but someone is always there to put it back together.
