Shocking news! Japan has gathered all the athletes currently on vacation for an unprecedented boy band audition show!

Although most of the athletes were initially on the fence, the organizers were offering way too much money.

So here, you'll get to see:

The "princes" of tennis making their entrance in a shower of roses;

Volleyball's "Age of Monsters" putting on a high-jump contest for their debut stage;

Basketball's "Rainbow Team" delivering a debut stage that nobody remembers, thanks to the visual tricks of their center;

And...

Why do the swimmers keep taking their clothes off? Why does the football team look like it's in a battle royale? Can the runners really be okay when they get out of breath after just a few moves??

This show is addictive in the worst way...

Everyone was hopeless at first, but little by little... the viewers started noticing something strange.

Why does that unconventional black-haired guy ooze x-factor no matter what he does?

How is that guy with the beauty mark so good at working the fans?

That short guy with the dark green cat eyes... is he really that good-looking?!

The answer is: Never underestimate an athlete's competitive spirit!!

At the final performance, the stage was gilded in splendor, and glittering paper rained down from the sky.

The eleven athletes you voted for the most, now with their stage presence fully polished, brought this dreamlike summer to a perfect close.
