At last, she's left behind a crime-ridden city of schemes and conspiracies. Before she can even celebrate her new lease on life, she hears a gunshot. “Rest in peace, Mayor of Gotham.” Who would've thought she'd transmigrate into a high-risk East Coast job, the Gotham mayor, essentially a starter experience pack for villains?
