All the Monsters Are My Family [Horror Multiverse]

Scheduled to start around March 18. The story may differ from the blurb.

Curtis had long since grown tired of a life spent as a test subject. All she wanted was a family.

When the high-ranking witch Ju Ziyun went on a rampage at the Gene Editing Corporation's headquarters, Curtis escaped in the chaos, but tragically died along the way.

When she opened her eyes again, she found herself in a new world.

A horrifying, emaciated woman drifted before her. Beside her lay a man who had shot himself.

A [Family] System had also appeared in her mind, asking whether she wanted to bind a target.

Curtis didn't understand the prompt, but she understood the word family.

So she tilted her head and tentatively asked, "Mom?"

The woman's sharp fingers paused, then she tossed Curtis a date.

Curtis clasped the woman's skeletal hand and stubbornly called out, "Mom."

The woman's bony hand closed around hers, as if accepting the name.

The System prompted her again: Target has agreed. Bound character: [Mom].

Mom looked terrifying, but Curtis loved her very much.

But their happiness ended abruptly. Her mom was driven away by two people who called themselves exorcists, and Curtis was sent to a new family.

There was something wrong with her new family.

A beautiful but vicious older sister, an adorable yet eerie little brother, and an ugly doll who liked to find people to play games with in the middle of the night.

Faced with this eerie, twisted new family, Curtis smiled with satisfaction.

Wonderful. A family.

She needed a family.

She deserved a complete, happy home.

[Family Rule One: They must love her forever and ever.]

[Family Rule Two: Family members must always protect each other. Hurting one another is forbidden.]

At first, the monsters forced into becoming her family hated Curtis and were always plotting to get rid of her and regain their freedom.

But later...

An ancient evil god offered the girl an invitation to corruption: "Stay with me forever, my butterfly."

A vengeful spirit wearing a white porcelain mask clung to the girl's feet and begged: "I'm a good child. Give me a reward."

The genderless nightmare spirit even sneaked into the girl's dreams every night to hold her.

In the end, they humbly competed for the girl's meager affection.

[Reading Guide]

1. The heroine lacks normal values at first and will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, but she won't kill without reason. Her values may improve somewhat later.

2. A slight everyone-loves-the-heroine vibe.

Theme: Care for children.
