Guan Qian had always thought there shouldn't be so many "doors" in this world.

He wanted to be able to contact Gong Wujin whenever he felt like it, talk as much as he wanted whenever he had the chance, and appear in front of the other person the moment he could see them.

At that rate, even doors to rooms seemed unnecessary.

He wanted to cross every divide, to get a little closer to the person lost in their own world, to reach out and really take hold of their arm, to knock on the door to their tightly shut heart.

But then one day, he realized.

Gong Wujin had never closed a "door" against him.

The one who had been lingering there, knocking, was him, at the door to his own heart.
