He's Such a Nice Guy

The young master of the Zhou family thinks the world of himself, and there are very few people or things he considers worthy. His grandfather is worried about his future marriage and wants to introduce him to the sweet and lovely Xu Qingzhi, whom he particularly likes.

The young master Zhou coolly turns him down. "Believe me or not, I'll just grab some random person and go register our marriage tomorrow."

Xu Qingzhi wants to have dinner with a friend at an upscale restaurant, but a review site says the food only looks good. She isn't sure if it actually tastes good, so she messages Zhou Chao: "Brother Zhou, do you know what Restaurant X is like?"

Zhou Chao gets an idea, cancels dinner with his friends, and calls the girl. "I'm nearby right now. I'll pick you up and take you there to try it."

One evening, Xu Qingzhi and Zhou Chao watch fireworks together. Zhou Chao looks down and sees that Xu Qingzhi's eyes are red, as if she might be crying.

Zhou Chao asks, "Qingzhi... would you like to kiss?"

Xu Qingzhi's eyes hurt from staying up late. The fireworks launch with a bang, and she can't hear what Brother Zhou said. She nods without thinking.

Zhou Chao leans down and kisses her. Qingzhi stares in shock and pushes him away, blurting out, "Brother, no! I have a fiance!"

Zhou Chao: "???!!!"

Later, Zhou Chao gets a call from the girl. "Um, hello, sir. I have a boyfriend now. Could you tell your grandfather we should call off the engagement? My boyfriend has a bit of a temper, and I'm afraid he might beat you up..."
