Snipping Off My Boyfriend's Fox Tail

[Third-person narration]

My boss wants to melt me down into a candle.

My neighbor, the older brother next door, wants to replace my heart.

The community security guard wants to lock me in a dog cage.

They're all crazy. Every day, they watch me with those secretive, icy eyes.

They make my life feel like walking on thin ice.

After a year, I finally couldn't take living in fear anymore.

So I took them out!

Ah, the world was peaceful and beautiful again.

My dreary life also welcomed a normal, ordinary boyfriend.

He's so well-behaved. He gets up early to make me a lovingly prepared lunch, brings me my clothes and an umbrella when it rains, and keeps me safely tucked away from danger on the subway.

I really like him.

After a team outing, we walked down the road.

As usual, he reminded me not to forget to feed the fish when I got home.

I stepped through puddles in the road and saw a fluffy tail sneak out from behind his neat suit. Pink and wobbly, like it was drunk, it wrapped around my waist, desperate for a cuddle.

"Okay, boyfriend."

I pulled out a pair of scissors and looked at him obediently. As he gazed at me in a drunken haze, I grabbed that increasingly shameless, wet tail behind my back and smiled as harmlessly as could be.

"Can I..."

"...cut off your tail and feed it to the fish?"

#Cut off the tail, and my boyfriend will be a normal, ordinary person again!

A little saltfish whose life goal is to find a normal, ordinary boyfriend in an abnormal world X a boyfriend with tons of tails who insists on pretending to be a normal human, but can't control his tails
