The Years I Was Harry's Godmother

Harry's godmother, as she called herself. In fact, Archere Brahel didn't even know Lily and James. She did it out of curiosity about Harry and for all the benefits that came with tutoring the Chosen One.

For that, she paid the price of having to deal with endless trouble from then on.

The Chosen One being a poor student and constantly getting into trouble was the least of it. There was Snape's suspicion, Sirius's questioning, and Dumbledore's wariness...

Archere had only meant to have some fun, but she swallowed her urge to swear, rolled up her sleeves, and got to work. You want to expose my godmother status? Dream on!

A guide to reading this story:

2. The story follows the plot of HP, so lots of original plot points will be mentioned as background [if you don't like that, please don't read].

3. A note from the author: My understanding of HP comes from the books and films. If anything is wrong, feel free to point it out. I'll see if I can fix it. If not, you'll have to accept it as my headcanon QAQ.

4. This might count as a story about redemption. That's the plan for now.
