The Night Before the Divorce

● Charming, flirtatious heiress x upright, earnest, aloof tsundere

● Childhood friends / married first, fall in love later / a forced match sweeter than honey

● Originally titled "Sour Plum Soda Water." The blurb has been revised, and I apologize to everyone who was waiting for the original version.

Sheng Lingren and Lin Jing had never gotten along, even though their families had arranged for them to marry. So, for once in their lives, they saw eye to eye and secretly signed a three-year agreement: the moment those three years were up, they would get divorced.

Now three years had passed, and Sheng Lingren was finally looking forward to the day they could divorce.

She was so excited that she gave the entire company a week off, booked eight male models, and planned a trip abroad, all while waiting for Lin Jing to return home and finalize the divorce.

But on the eve of their divorce, a little accident happened:

Lin Jing lost his memory.

[Not-So-Serious Bonus Scene]

"President Sheng! You've been ignoring your husband for three days!"

"Does he know what he did wrong?"

"Yes. He says he was faking his amnesia."

"... What?!"

[Serious Bonus Scene]

Late at night, in an ancient town.

Sheng Lingren had gone traveling alone to clear her head, and nearly had a romantic encounter.

Except someone snuffed out that spark before it could even catch.

Sheng Lingren looked at Lin Jing, who had abandoned his work and flown a great distance to find her, and was briefly at a loss for words.

After a long while, she asked him, puzzled, what he was doing there.

After what felt like an eternity of silence, Lin Jing finally managed to say, "Oh, I just came to relax, enjoy the scenery, take you home, broaden my horizons, cultivate my character, take you home, explore new markets, see the world, and take you home."

Sheng Lingren: "..."

You sure have a lot of places to hide that home of yours.
