Xu Siliang is a minor celebrity with so few gigs that calling him a D-lister would be generous.

When Xu Siliang won't let him pass through the wall into the bathroom while he's showering, he thinks Xu Siliang doesn't love him.

When Xu Siliang won't let him look at photos of his ex, he thinks Xu Siliang doesn't love him.

Until one day, Nan Wang snaps.

He raises the so-called love of Xu Siliang's life's urn of ashes over his head and threatens him: "Believe me, I'll scatter his ashes!"

Xu Siliang: "..."

Sure, go ahead. They're your own ashes, so do whatever you want with them :)

Yin Qing was the institute's youngest and most promising professor.

Everyone believed he was the hope of all humanity.

But Yin Qing hadn't expected that something would go wrong with his experiments: all the test subjects suddenly mutated.

Overnight, the apocalypse arrived, and zombies surrounded the city.

Yin Qing went from humanity's hope to a public enemy, struggling just to survive.

But even after changing his appearance, the zombies mistook him for a junior researcher and dragged him back.

Professor Yin stood among the trembling junior researchers, watching as Zuo Xiao, now the Zombie King, stood before him once again. Without batting an eye, Zuo Xiao repeated the words Yin Qing had once said to him:

"New test subject, pick a number you like."

Yin Qing fell silent for a moment, then slowly raised his eyes and ventured, "520?"

"520 won't do," Zuo Xiao rejected him without hesitation. "520 is reserved for Professor Yin. You can be 250."
