How to Escape a □□ King’s Life

Fang Jun had reached the pinnacle of lying flat. Above him was his father, a powerful chancellor who could sway the court; below him were three successful older brothers whose official careers were flourishing. That left only him, the good-for-nothing, lying flat at home.

Until one day, his father suddenly called him to the study and said with a loving [malicious] expression, "Your name is Fang Yiai."

Fang Jun's little brain was full of giant question marks. Fang Yiai????!!!! The Fang Yiai, the most infamous cuckold in history? The Fang Yiai who was taken for a ride across the Hulunbuir grasslands by a monk? The Fang Yiai who had something wrong with his head, got cuckolded, then followed his cheating wife into a rebellion and ended up losing his head?

Fang Jun: So my life isn't at the pinnacle. It's madness!

Fang Jun: The point isn't whether it's madness or the pinnacle. It's how to escape being known by everyone as the king of cuckolds. He figures he could even turn gay! After all, staying alive matters more!

Later, when he really did turn gay, he realized he might not be able to stay alive after all. The question is, how does someone who has hooked up with the crown prince of the dynasty avoid getting assassinated by his father-in-law?

Theme: A man should provide for his family!
