I Got the Feel-Good Novel Plot from the Start

Novel Blurb:

Ning Lang transmigrated after dying of illness.

The good news: this is a matriarchal world.

Even better news: she got a feel-good novel System!

With enough feel-good points, she can extend her life!

Having read all kinds of feel-good romance novels, Ning Lang rolls up her sleeves. She knows how to handle this!

Since this is a matriarchal world, the feel-good tropes from women's fiction should work here too, right?

One true love for a lifetime, a harem of beauties with one favorite, having two kids in three years with a handsome domineering CEO, being surrounded by handsome men and doted on by everyone to death. In short, all she has to do is win over men!

Once Ning Lang gives it a try, she discovers that winning over men here is ridiculously easy! She doesn't need to save them, heal them, or suck up to them. A few sweet words are all it takes for them to come running to her!

Ning Lang thinks she's found the right way to win them over, but when she checks the System, her feel-good points haven't increased. Instead, they've gone down! She even gets docked down to zero, and her life points drop too!

She starts to panic. How can this be? Isn't this supposed to be satisfying?

Feel-Good Novel System: Nope, dear. Fawning over men is a major turnoff here.

Ning Lang: ?!!

The System offers only that hint before going silent. She'll have to figure out for herself what counts as a "feel-good point" in a matriarchal world.

Winning over men clearly won't work, so what can a woman like her do instead?

After thinking it over, she decides to stop and observe what the women of this world are doing.

Before long, she finally gets it.

Real women don't waste time on men. They make money! Gain power! Build careers!!

With all that, who needs men anyway?

Those fake feel-good novels for women have led her astray!

Now that Ning Lang has found the right way to get her feel-good fix, she quickly settles into this wonderful new world and begins writing her own feel-good story.

Ning Lang: Everyone, I absolutely love real feel-good stories!!
