Malt's Balloon

Malt was a little dog. His owner was a girl who loved to smile, take photographs, and travel. She used to say, "My dream is to travel around the world with Malt."

But that day never came. His owner was admitted to the hospital, and Malt kept waiting for her to fulfill her promise. But he never got the chance. His owner passed away.

.

Chen Ayuan came back to life the day after she thought she had died. But she revived in Malt's water bowl. She didn't know if she'd turned into water or some kind of water ghost. All she knew was that she couldn't leave the water.

No one could see her except Malt, the little dog she'd raised for three years.

And something else miraculous had happened: she could understand what Malt was saying.

.

One day, Malt found a balloon and said to her, "Ayuan, let's travel around the world!"

.

Before long, people scrolling through short videos noticed a little dog popping up in every corner of the world. The one thing that never changed was the colorful balloon always tied to its front leg.

[Did it get lost? What a cute dog!]

[Could it be traveling around the world with its balloon?]

.

"This little dog just wants to bring its owner more happiness!"

.

Lives that never got to say goodbye will meet again.
