[Fencing] From Top Student to Olympic Champion

Gu Ran is handsome, excels at school, and is a brilliant ballet dancer.

In junior high, a new possibility opens up in his life.

His new deskmate is an athlete. Gu Ran helps him with his studies, and the boy invites Gu Ran to watch his training.

At the sports school's fencing team, the coach's eyes light up at the sight of Gu Ran, and he asks him to try a series of tests. Gu Ran is too embarrassed to refuse. When he's done, he realizes a crowd has gathered around him:

"Look at those absurdly long legs!"

"Long limbs and perfect proportions!"

"Great coordination, agility, and flexibility!"

"And, best of all, he's left-handed!"

"A once-in-a-century talent. He's joining our sabre team."

"Young man, ever considered epee?"

"No need to argue. He's made for foil!"

Gu Ran: "..."

Why don't you ask me what I want?

With his own strength, Gu Ran brings an end to the era of international fencing clashes and becomes the undisputed king of foil. The young sword god who creates countless miracles raises the five-star red flag high in fencing halls around the world!

Fencing is called ballet in combat. It takes seeing Gu Ran to understand what that really means: clad in white, sword gleaming silver, fighting with courtesy, the most elegant form of violence.

His only golden finger is an endless desire to win!

A somewhat ensemble-focused story. The male lead is everyone's beloved cutie, and his teammates, coaches, opponents, and classmates all adore him.

The competitions, results, and rules are partly based on reality and partly fictional, all in service of the story. A passionate sports story, with no characters based on real people.

This story is an alternate timeline of another short-track speed skating novel. The protagonist has roughly the same characterization, with a few adjustments.

Theme: Promote the spirit of sports and bring glory to the Olympics!
