But Chu Yu is good at maintaining her good-girl image. At school, she's a straight-A student adored by teachers and admired by classmates. At her landlord's house, she's a helpful tenant who eagerly does chores and always knows just what to say.

One day, her landlady introduces her to her mixed-race son, Espen, who's just returned from a gap year.

Espen has the striking bone structure of an East Asian man. He's a top student from an Ivy League school, wealthy, handsome, fit, and fluent in Chinese.

More importantly, the silver shaded cat he brought home looks exactly like the one owned by the pet blogger Chu Yu follows.

After returning, Espen moves into the room next door to Chu Yu's. He's aloof and taciturn, and being around him is incredibly intimidating.

The whole internet goes wild. Before long, Espen turns off the camera.

Just as all his fans assume the stream is over, the man's hoarse voice comes through the livestream.

"Yuyu, sitting on my waist costs extra."

"Did I say you could sit there?"

"Did I say you could?"

"Be good."

"You want to sit on it that badly, hmm?"

"Bite here first."

The entire livestream audience goes wild.
