Lotus Tower Fanfiction: Fang Duobing and Li Lianhua Swap Bodies

This story won’t go premium or enter any rankings. I’m writing it for fun, with lots of personal headcanons, and it’s based on the TV drama! It’s about Fang Hua and the trio.

Extra! Extra! Fang Hua did not have a one-night stand that night! (Serious face.)

On the night Fang Duobing discovered that Li Lianhua had been poisoned by Bicha,

something bizarre and inexplicable happened.

A mysterious person appeared out of nowhere, and the two of them swapped souls. Not only did their souls switch, the Bicha poison switched too.

And so Li Lianhua’s soul ended up in Fang Duobing’s body, with the Bicha poison following close behind into Fang Duobing’s body as well.

Before the swap:

Li Lianhua, lying in a sickbed with little time left to live: "Stop trying to save me. If I stay out of this, everything will turn out for the best."

Fang Duobing pleaded desperately: "I’ll definitely save you! I’ll search the whole martial world and bring you back to health."

After the swap:

Fang Duobing: "Now I’m the one poisoned by Bicha."

Li Lianhua, suddenly bursting with energy: "I have to save you!"

Di Feisheng: "Let’s go. Once I find the antidote, I’ll switch you back. Ever since you two swapped, I can’t even tell who’s who. I’m losing my mind."

Then Li Lianhua suddenly discovers that his older brother is alive after all, but has lost his memory and become a carefree traveling doctor. He also discovers that the Holy Maiden of the Jiao Clan is his cousin.

Li Lianhua: "Save her."

Di Feisheng: "As long as she stops bothering me."

Theme: Find joy in the martial world, with me by your side.
