[Honkai: Star Rail] Kafka's Guide to Being a Guide

[Blade and Kafka pairing; includes Sentinel-Guide elements; lots of headcanons; if that's not your thing, don't read; I drew the cover myself to save money]

[Complete, short, written purely for love. There may be bonus chapters. If you like it, feel free to bookmark it. My other short stories in the collection are all written purely for love, so come take a look]

After completing another high-paying bounty, Kafka felt bored. She filled her car with flowers, canceled the temporary identity she had used for a little too long, and set off on a journey.

At the same time, a Sentinel who had been exiled years ago found the ninety-ninth place where he could die. Amid the bustling city lights and rain, he leaped from a tower.

Kafka tilted up her sunglasses and watched with some regret as the battered Sentinel slowly sat up on the ground. She angled her umbrella toward him.

"...Would you mind traveling together?"

"..."

The man whom death had spurned silently got into the car full of flowers.

No one knows how a person who has died in the past can yearn for a future. So let's take a trip around the world.

Across scorching sands, over snow-capped mountains, across the world's battlefields, and through wilderness beneath a host of stars, until they find meaning, until the end of death and romance.

[After watching a fan work on Bilibili called Highway Lost, I felt this pairing hit me right in the heart, so I impulsively started writing. Still writing purely for love QAQ]
