Paper Plane Filter

That year, Bai Shui first discovered what it meant to fall for someone. She fell for a boy sweeter and more dazzling than the candy wrappers glittering in the sun, and began a secret crush that would last five years.

A secret crush was bitter, drawn-out, heavy, and torturous. She finally worked up the courage to confess.

Then Bai Shui gritted her teeth and realized the truth: all this time, she had been going through hell to secretly love an idiot.

Lu Yutong was a gust of wind from beyond the heavens, drifting through the world. Born free and unrestrained, he chased high mountains, blazing suns, and deep seas, carefree and unattached. He seemed like someone who would never fall in love.

He had countless friends of all kinds around him. Among them was a little mushroom-headed girl who could bicker and joke around with him, or sit quietly by his side for a long time.

Then one day, her dark eyes fixed on him as she said she wanted him to be her boyfriend.

Lu Yutong nearly stumbled in shock.

The clouds gathered, the wind stopped, and a paper airplane hit the wall. Lu Yutong fled in a panic.

Later, waking from midnight dreams, Lu Yutong would miss the confession he had rejected and pound the bed in regret. "Wait... am I an idiot?"
