[Crossover] I Became a Priest Through Deception

You are an orphan from Crime Alley.

You have no parents and no past.

Your biggest wish every day is to find a piece of bread that's not too dirty, something you can chew and swallow.

You learned young that in Gotham, having no power or influence but a beautiful face will only bring trouble.

You were once taken in by an orphanage, but you were bullied there.

You were once adopted by a "kind" rich man, but nearly suffered sexual assault.

You spent some time in a church. You thought it would save you, but you accidentally discovered the priest's filthy behavior.

When the priest prepared to make his move on you, you fell into despair.

Fortunately, God appeared.

He said, "I will protect you, child."

You accepted God's blessing and grace.

You became His most devoted believer.

For God's sake, you became the most saintly priest in the world.

You are adored by countless believers and bathed in God's grace. Everything seems perfect, except for one small thing:

You have been a staunch atheist from beginning to end.

Please note:

The main story will probably be in third person.

The protagonist is not a good person.

I'll add the rest when I think of it.

Theme: There is no god or immortal savior. We can only save ourselves
