[Demon Slayer] I Want to Study Muzan

[I'll definitely come back and write this after I finish grinding through HP]

[First person]

[The protagonist is a ghost. Her values are skewed and she's obsessive. Her character is partly inspired by Bondrewd, but she has limits and is chaotic good.]

[This won't be a paid novel. I'm just writing for fun, whenever I feel like it.]

[Pairing with Muzan. After hundreds of years, Muzan falls for the protagonist, but she only wants to study him.]

[The protagonist sometimes turns into a man or a child, just for fun, after learning how to change her body from Muzan.]

I was born frail and sickly, with extremely pale hair, skin, and eyes. Few people were willing to look me in the eye. In their eyes, I was probably a creepy and frightening presence. Some unruly children even called me names like White Ghost.

Still, I had little contact with them, since I couldn't be out in the sun. My skin broke out in red spots and blisters under the sunlight... I hated looking that way, and so did my family, which was why I was "confined" to the house. My parents and siblings didn't like me much, and the servants didn't dare speak casually with their masters. Most days, I had no one to talk to. Only books kept me company.

Things took a turn one night.

The weather was hot and stuffy, so I called for a servant to open the window and bring me a glass of cold milk.

As soon as the servant opened the window, a lump of flesh pounced on her. She screamed for help in despair, but the horrifying sound of "crunch, crunch" drowned out her cries before they could leave my room.

I could have rung the bell to call for help, but I didn't.

After the lump of flesh devoured one of the servant's hands, it began to "grow" a new body at incredible speed. By the time the servant stopped breathing and her heart ceased beating, the lump had turned into a black-haired man with red eyes. His red pupils were more terrifying than any beast's. He was a true demon.

I stared, stunned, and said, "What a miracle. What a perfect being."

Then I was turned into a demon. I learned that demons could be killed by sunlight, that we weren't invincible, and that we had to eat people to gain power.

I scoffed. "Not such a perfect creature after all."

But I wanted to perfect it.
