Maomao

On their first blind date, Zhou Jiayou took Pan Xia to a hole-in-the-wall restaurant by the roadside and bought her a bowl of beef vermicelli soup that cost fifteen yuan per person.

Pan Xia, who had spent three hours getting ready, had had enough. No matter how handsome he was, she couldn't put up with this. One foot out the door of the little restaurant, and with the other she deleted Zhou Jiayou from WeChat.

Not long afterward, Pan Xia's dog got sick. She called in all kinds of favors and finally managed to get an appointment with a famous veterinarian. People said he was tall and handsome, highly skilled, ethical, gentle with animals, and so kind-hearted he might as well have descended from heaven.

Pan Xia entered the examination room full of respect, then froze.

Wait, wasn't this the fifteen-yuan bowl of beef vermicelli soup?!

Pan Xia was instantly put off. She even wanted to turn around, scoop up her dog, and run.

One-on-one, happy ending.

I want to try a more down-to-earth style.

Food, love, and desire; the characters have very obvious flaws.
