Why Not Just Go Along with the Mistake?

In high school, Song Yu had a crush on someone for three whole years. After the college entrance exams, she finally put an end to it in her own heart.

Later, Song Yu got a boyfriend. By coincidence, his profile looked a little like the person she'd once loved.

On the first day they officially became a couple, she went to a party and got drunk. Her contact lenses fell out, leaving her vision blurry, so she called her new boyfriend to come pick her up.

To her surprise, the moment she stepped outside, she saw her boyfriend at the door. A little drunk, Song Yu ran over and threw herself straight into his arms.

She smiled and said, "You came to get me. I'm so happy."

He let out a soft laugh, then slowly lifted her out of his arms. "I think you've got the wrong person."

Song Yu froze and looked up. She really had mistaken him for someone else: Zhou Chiyan, who could never become her boyfriend.

She lowered her head to straighten her clothes and said quietly, "Sorry about that. You look a little like my boyfriend."

Zhou Chiyan held a cigarette between his fingers and narrowed his eyes as he watched her for a moment. Then he suddenly bent down, leaning close to her ear, dark currents stirring in his eyes. "Why not let the mistake stand?"
