When the Villain Boss Sees the Comic’s Comments

To save the home destroyed when a comic artist abruptly canceled and botched the ending of their series, a world born from the artist's previous work, the self-aware villainous boss Gabe decides to debut in the artist's new series, Magic X Magic! He'll earn enough faith energy to save his home!

Step one to debuting: Appear in the comic and make a lasting impression on readers with a beautiful face.

Step two to debuting: Have a complicated, discussion-worthy backstory to keep the readers who were hooked by his looks.

Step three to debuting: Follow the plot and make his character more than one-dimensional, so he can gain even more popularity.

After cheerfully completing all of this, Gabe looks back at the readers' reactions and feels his smile freeze.

[Gabe! Gabe! My husband! I don't need these pants anymore!]

[The beautiful, strong, tragic character might be a cliché now, but I eat this stuff up! Who doesn't love a beautiful, strong, tragic character?]

[Hehehe, Gabe. Hehehe. Gabe, who'll do anything to survive, do you know you can't just say things like that, baby?!]

Gabe: Do these people… do they really have no shame…?!

Theme: To be filled in.
