The Golden Dawn

I will take you back from all the ages, from all the nights,

From beneath all the golden flags, from beneath all the swords.

I will fight you for you and carry you away. You must hold your breath!

But before I have crossed your hands over your chest

Ah, may it be cursed!, you are left there alone:

Your two wings already point toward the sky, eager to take flight

For the world is your cradle, and the world is your grave!
