[Wuxia Crossover] Talent Apartment No. 6

In 2022, China's top officials approved the 325 Plan and summoned a group of people from another world. They never expected that although everything went smoothly when they arrived, they wouldn't be able to go back.

Since the visitors were already here, they couldn't just abandon them. So a group of wandering martial artists from ancient times moved into the talent apartments near the university town.

They received their rent, utilities, and living expenses on time every month. Gradually, they were astonished to find that more and more people were moving in, while their bank balances kept shrinking. Their monthly living allowance of 900 yuan was barely enough to get by. With no other choice, these heroes began life as otherworldly wage workers.

The dashing thief who could leave a fragrance in his wake mounted a little three-wheeled scooter to deliver packages, only to have the battery stolen by Che Guevara in less than three days.

The little phoenix with the miraculous finger became a handsome streamer, only to be caught in a fan's honey trap before long.

Little Li the Hunter was learned and eloquent, so he should have had no trouble getting a job as an e-commerce customer service agent. But they told him the workplace was too far away.

A killer became a building janitor and beat an armed attacker to death with a mop on his first day at work. A youth burdened by a blood feud became a supermarket cashier, and even received an extra 300 yuan a month in disability benefits.

The Sword God also took off his white robes, changed into a dark blue work uniform, and diligently tightened screws at an electronics factory. On his night runs, rich women in luxury cars would repeatedly pull over to stop him.

All they could say was: "We never imagined modern life would be this hard. orz"

A university student who worked part-time as a dorm supervisor slammed the table: "I'm sick of having to go bail someone out at the station every three days!"

Told from the original characters' perspectives. An ensemble cast.

Each main character has a pairing, but there's not much romance.

Mostly about the (joyful) everyday lives of wage workers.

Theme: You reap what you sow. A happy life has to be earned through your own labor.
