Also known as: Livestreaming Coastal Foraging, I Became the World's Richest Overnight!

Blurb:

Ye Yu, a little-known actress, was blacklisted and driven out of the industry for refusing to submit to unspoken rules. She was also saddled with tens of millions in contract penalties.

Just when she had nowhere left to turn, a twist of fate led her to inherit a mysterious island. It was vast, surrounded by clear blue waters, and rich in natural resources.

To make ends meet, she started livestreaming.

As soon as her stream went live, haters flooded in to mock her: What a cause for celebration! The disgraced actress Ye Yu has fallen so low that she's livestreaming coastal foraging to make a living!

On the first day, Ye Yu dug up hundreds of pounds of oysters among the reefs and listed them for sale in her livestream shop. Every oyster was plump and juicy.

Haters: Hahaha, this is hilarious. The ocean is so polluted these days, who'd dare buy your seafood? And at such high prices, too. Do you think we're idiots? Want us to donate ten cents so you can get your head checked?

Ye Yu glanced at her shop, which had sold out in seconds. She'd already made over ten thousand yuan with hardly any effort.

On the second day, Ye Yu picked hundreds of lively little lobsters from the reefs and listed them in her shop. They sold out the instant they went up, earning her well over a hundred thousand yuan in pure profit.

Haters: Sold out again? Who's reckless enough to buy polluted seafood?

Ye Yu glanced at the purchase records. They were your favorite top-tier star, the reigning film emperor, and a hot young actress.

On the tenth day, Ye Yu swam through the coral in the shallows and gathered hundreds of abalone weighing over three pounds apiece. She listed them for ten thousand yuan each, and they sold out in an instant once more.

Staring at the empty shop, the haters were numb: ...Are they really that delicious?

Top-tier stars and wealthy ladies: Unpolluted! No additives! All-natural! So delicious!

A month later, the seafood in her livestream shop was snapped up every time she listed it.

Her wealthy fans wailed: I didn't get any! Put up another batch! I'll pay extra!

Her rivals, former company, and haters begged for peace: We were wrong. Let us buy just one fish.

Before long, Ye Yu had made a fortune through livestreaming her coastal foraging, becoming the richest person in the world.

Later, the pristine island's waters gradually expanded, and Ye Yu became a global ambassador for ocean conservation.
